We are dedicated to servicing customers with quality products on all of our merchandise sales. If you are not satisfied and would like to return anything you purchased for a refund of the cost of the item(s). Please send return within 15 days of the original purchase date. After 15 days, no refund will be given. Shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees are are non-refundable. Please note: There are no refunds or exchanges on sale items.

How do I return products?

Please follow these simple steps below:

1. Contact us through email by clicking here RA Return or send a message to our customer support. Please type RA Return in the subject line. We will issue you a Return Authorization number and provide additional delivery information. All items shipped back to us must have a RA number to be accepted by our receiving department.

2. Please re-pack item in the original packagings.

3. Print a copy of the online payment confirmation receipt emailed to you and place it inside the box.

4. Write the authorization (RA#) number below the shipping label or on the copy of the online printed receipt.

We will refund the purchase price of the item less shipping charges and less any applicable restocking fees. Norland Merchandise reserves the right to refuse any excessive and/or bad faith returns. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 15 days of our receiving the item.

Please Note: All items must be in the same condition as received. Defective, damaged or misued items, will not be accepted.
